Final Portfolio

For my page I would try to use the most basic color schemes in order to try and stay professional. My pattern numbers are 0200ff-blue, 050505-black, FCFCFF- white

In terms of font I am going to use some type of graphic for my heard and for my titles and headings I will be using Can Can de Bois from dafont.com. I feel like this font is bold and draws attention but not to and unprofessional level. For my paragraphs im going to use a basic Arial font, nothing fancy. The background will be the same each page and link, part of my color scheme.

This is the webpage that I do not particularly like. It has very basic color patterns, basically none.It sets a very plain and basic mood. There seems to be no creativity at all on the page. There is very basic fonts. The page has a heading and sub-headings and also uses some pictures in the side bar but it easily could have used some more creative fonts. It is very easy to navigate through but has only only link on the site.

This site still isn't as creative as it could be, but is better than the first. There are a view different colrs but again not as many as there could be. The tone of the page is better because it has a "how-to" video and pictures included. It also allows viwers to interact by adding a blog to the page. The font could be more creative but they do a good job of using sidebars and adding several easy to locate links throughout the page. Overall I liked this one better than the first.

Colors

After reading the article I decided to stick with the basics. I followed the guidelines about picking the same temperatures. I wanted to go with warm colors so I picked Red, Yellow and Orange, basically just following the example. These colors stood out well in the example and I want to keep my design similar.
